Using Local AI Page
You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Directory information
Local AI Page organizes information supplied by businesses and obtained from publicly available sources. Listings are provided for discovery and informational purposes. We do not guarantee that every profile is complete, current, available, licensed, insured, or suitable for a particular need. Users should independently evaluate a business before hiring or purchasing from it.
Business claims and profiles
You may claim or manage a profile only when authorized to act for that business. We may request verification, approve or reject claims, suspend access, correct information, merge duplicates, or remove content when reasonably necessary. Claiming a profile does not create ownership of facts, categories, URLs, or other directory structure maintained by Local AI Page.
Customer requests and leads
Lead forms allow visitors to ask a listed business to respond. Local AI Page is not a party to communications, appointments, estimates, contracts, payments, or services between visitors and businesses. Businesses are responsible for responding lawfully, protecting customer information, honoring communication preferences, and obtaining any additional consent required for marketing.
Reviews and marketing choices
Reviews must describe a genuine first-hand experience. We may require email verification, moderate submissions, reject or remove reviews, and allow a business to post a response. Reviews and star ratings do not determine Local AI Page’s default organic ranking. A new business has no rating until approved reviews are published.
Marketing permission is optional and separate from submitting a review or customer request. Businesses may access or export contact information only when the person selected the applicable business marketing option and the business has an eligible plan. Businesses are responsible for honoring withdrawals and complying with applicable email, text-message, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements.
Plans and features
Features, limits, eligibility, and plan names may change. Access to a feature does not guarantee leads, profile traffic, search placement, revenue, or business results. If paid billing is introduced or handled through a separate agreement, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase.
AI-assisted content
The service may use automated tools to extract, organize, summarize, or draft business information. AI-generated material may contain errors and must be reviewed before publication. Businesses remain responsible for claims made on profiles they control.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false claims, impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent authorization.
- Do not send spam, fraudulent requests, malicious code, or unlawful content.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use customer lead information for unrelated purposes or sell it without valid permission.
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Content and licenses
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Local AI Page a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
Third-party services and links
Profiles may link to third-party websites and the service relies on third-party infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account or activity violates these terms, threatens users or the service, creates legal risk, or is fraudulent or abusive. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local AI Page disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free listings, communications, analytics, or results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local AI Page and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or disputes between users and businesses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
